Center Hall Colonials:
Our Center Hall Colonials are comfortable and spacious. They are characterized by a paneled front door with flattened columns on either side.
The door is usually covered by a decorative crown. The roof line is medium pitched with a slight overhang. Our colonials are stately and symmetrical and remain one of our most sought-after styles.
Victorian:
Victorian homes usually fall into the more ornate category. Low pitched or pyramid shaped roofing, front gables and side wings.
Porches with spindle-work or flat jigsaw cut trim accentuate the home.
Contemporary:
Post-Modern or Contemporary homes become a blend of contemporary and traditional building styles.
We work closely with our architects and clients to make the impossible possible. Our contemporary homes range from "modern-conservative" to "anything goes".
The client sets the level of creativity and we build it!
Craftsman:
Our craftsman style homes are characterized by a low pitching roof, wide eaves with exposed roof rafters and the home itself is usually one or one and a half story high. Craftsman style homes are also known for porches with square columns as well as large stone chimneys and gabled dormers.
Tudor:
The Tudor style generally follows English architecture from the 16th century. Common to our Tudors homes are a steeply pitched roof, tall and narrow windows and prominent cross gables. Chimneys are usually massive and exteriors are generally stucco.
Modular:
Contrary to widespread attitudes toward pre-fabricated homes, the modular movement has made significant and noteworthy gains. No longer does the "trailer park" stigma apply when referring to a modular home. The majority of the home's construction is performed in a controlled environment by expert builders and under the guidelines and codes of the locations where they will be erected.
Better technologies and top-notch materials make modular homes an attractive and cost-effective solution for many new home buyers. You can select custom windows, roofing materials, kitchen
cabinets and siding. There is no limit to customization. Modular is on the rise.
Historic Preservation:
Rehabilitating and restoring an old house takes expertise and years of experience. Teton opts to repair architectural features rather than replace, when possible. Maintaining the architectural and structural integrity of your historic home is paramount in our approach.
We work hand in hand with preservation experts in the fields of engineering and architecture. A historic home is not only a significant investment but also an important part of American heritage.
