Ralph Grant CEO
Ralph has had experience in senior management for large and mid-sized corporations as well as having been an entrepreneur. In his last corporate role Mr. Grant started and managed an $80 million systems integration subsidiary of a large international telecommunications company.
Mr. Grant is no stranger to construction. In the mid seventies, Mr. Grant owned and ran a large residential construction company in the suburban Seattle, Washington area.

Ramon Cabrera III - COO
"RJ" has been involved in construction related
industries throughout his entire working life. Beginning
with his first job in a family hardware distribution
business, he acquired some of the management and entrepreneurial
skills that motivated him to start his own business.
Following his time in the family business he learned
the home building business by working in a variety jobs
for the Nordic Carpentry Company.
RJ formed RJC Home Improvement where he became a sub-contractor
first for the Nordic Carpentry Co. and subsequently
for an upscale builder in the Summit, NJ area.
RJC Construction was formed in 1998 by RJ and Tom Heffernan
as his chief project manger.
RJC Construction quickly developed a reputation as a detail-oriented, high-end custom home building corporation. RJ rapidly grew the business, mainly by word of mouth from customers and architects and became known as one of New Jersey's best builders.
RJ has consistently managed multiple projects well
into the millions. RJ remains a much sought after builder
because of his reputation and commitment to excellence.
RJC Construction firmly established itself in the top
tier of New Jersey's best home construction contractors.
RJ oversees the construction operations for Teton Enterprises.
This consists of the selection and negotiations with
sub-contractors and suppliers and relationships regulatory
functionaries such as building inspectors and zoning
boards.
He supervises
the on-site project managers
on a day to day basis.

Tom Grant: VP of Sales and Marketing
Tom Grant, the son of a former builder in Seattle, Washington,
grew up in the construction industry.
While attending Columbia University, Tom worked as an Account Executive for the Estee Lauder Companies, where he was responsible for the management of over fifteen Sales Representatives in the northern NJ territory.
Tom branched out and became a member of the founding team of a start-up software firm in Massachusetts. In that role Tom managed a team of sales professionals and was responsible for all marketing aspects of the company while generating sales from fortune 100 companies in the metal/mining, paper/pulp, and high-tech industries.
Tom's role for Teton includes site acquisition negotiations, developing and maintaining relationships with sources (architects, real estate personnel, business leaders etc.) who provide Teton with information regarding potential project opportunities, and assisting in the supervision of project managers and sub-contractors.

Thomas Heffernan: Senior Project Manager 
Mr. Heffernan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics
and has over 31 years of direct experience in residential
construction project management and was a project manager
for RJC Construction Inc. for the past six years.
During the previous twenty-five years, he was the proprietor of his own
business that managed construction projects for investors and
developers. This included the preparation of budgets, bid packages,
specifications, contracts and change orders, requests for bank payouts,
scope of work and schedules. Further, he estimated and purchased
material, solicited vendors and sub-contractors; hired and supervised
in-house labor, inspected work and approved invoices; secured permits
and represented owners with banks, inspector boards of adjustment and
municipal agencies.
Mr. Heffernan has also held positions as the Director of Housing (Rehab
Division) in Jersey City, New Jersey and as Assistant Chief Rehab
Specialist for the Newark Housing & Rehab Corp.

Marcelo Vieira: Project Manager
Marcelo holds a degree in Civil Engineering with over 13 years of experience in engineering and construction management.
From labor negotiations and critical path preparations, construction supervision of mid-rise buildings to the design of small span bridges for local municipalities, Marcelo in an instrumental part of the Teton Family.

Tracy McLeod: Project Manager 
Tracy began working for his family owned construction company, McLeod Construction.
He learned the building industry alongside his father and quickly moved up the ranks. By his third year in the family business, Tracy had become a supervisor and shortly thereafter became Chief Project Manager.
Tracy took his skills to the Roger Geise Home Improvement Co. as Construction Foreman while honing his technical edge as it relates to construction.
His other positions include being Tech Supervisor for Kemper Insurance and Chief Mechanical Engineer for Cushman Wakefield.
Tracy is certified by Nortel Telcom/Wiltel for category 5 data, voice, and electrical wiring. As well as being one of our project managers, Tracy also heads our Smart Technology division.
