Planning Phase

The entire Teton Team meets weekly to discuss potential and existing projects. Our Planning Phase is extensive. Our project managers work closely with architects, real-estate personnel, environmental professionals and municipal agents to pre-plan a site for building potential.

Design Phase

Once a site has been carefully researched, Teton moves into the design phase. We maintain tight-knit relationships with New Jersey's best architectural firms. Bringing state of the art ideas to a seasoned team of builders assures the client an energy efficient home coupled with state of the art design.

Construction Phase

Throughout the construction phase, Teton remains in close contact with our clients to ensure that each part of the building process meets their approval. Our project managers are available to our clients day and night and each project manager stays on site through the completion of your home.
